Mental Health Resources

THERE IS HELP.

Decreasing the stigma associated with seeking help for mental and emotional health issues is part of Downtown Radio’s mission statement.

We focus on helping to connect those in need of mental health services with organizations that can help them. Many people are suffering needlessly, and we believe we can make a difference by providing those individuals with resources that can help.

We also feature shows such as Heavy Mental, where guests talk about their experiences with mental health, every Sunday, 12-1pm MST.
